Prepayment (bank transfer in advance):
This discount is automatically granted to you in the shopping cart..You will receive an email with our bank details and all the information you need for an advance bank transfer. The order will be ready for dispatch immediately after receipt of payment.
Please be sure to include the subject of the transfer (your order number). If you do not specify this transfer subject, there may be delays in the allocation of your transfer and therefore also in the dispatch of the goods.
For foreign customers (outside Germany), any transfer fees (for advance payment) will be charged to the customer. If you are inexperienced with international bank transfers, please contact your bank, which will be able to advise you.
In the euro zone, transfers using IBAN and SWIFT/BIC are free of charge and are executed by the banks within a maximum of two working days. Please ensure that the order amount is transferred in euros and that we receive the full order amount. If in doubt, please contact your bank.
PayPal:
The order is ready for dispatch immediately after the transaction.With the real-time payment solution PayPal, anyone with an e-mail address can send and receive payments securely and conveniently online. PayPal is one of the leading payment providers on eBay and many other websites.
Security:
Your bank or credit card details do not have to be resent with every online purchase, but are stored directly in your PayPal account, to which only you and PayPal have access. During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you will need to enter your user name and password. You pay with just two clicks.
Please note:
There are several payment methods available within the PayPal account: Direct debit, credit card, bank transfer, giropay or PayPal credit. You may first need to make a bank transfer from your bank account to your PayPal account to complete the payment. If you wish to pay with existing PayPal funds that are not sufficient for the desired purchase, this may be the case.

Collection:
We do not have a retail store, but you can pick up your order directly on site in Feldkirchen near Munich by prior arrangement (preferably by telephone).In this case, the usual shipping costs do not apply, but the order must still be placed via the online store. If you choose the shipping method “Pick-up” and the payment method “Prepayment”, you can pay directly on site.
Pick-up times: Mo- Fr.: 9:00-12:30 and 13:30-17:00

The delivery time within Germany is 1-2 working days, abroad 2-5 days depending on the country of destination..

Damage in Transit:
Please note the following procedure:
Transport damage must be reported to the transport company immediately upon receipt of the goods. You must then inform us of any transport damage found. If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail, fax or telephone.

For returns that result in a refund, the amount will be refunded to you in the same way that you made the payment to us.
